As Liman Lojistik Ltd. Şti., the basic strategy of our company’ human resources policy is to create a highly motiviated and educated manpower who focused on company goals, working together as a team, constantly improving in all matters.

Our company adopts the principle of training at every stage and every level for our employees to increase the personal and professional knowledge.

The employee representative was chosen to convey requestes and complaints from employees to the company’s head Office and to follow up the results . At the same time he/she represents employees at occupational health and safety & diciplinary board meetings.

The performance evaluation process which measures the knowledge, effort and behavior in the work place is carried out by department managers for all our employees. The evaulation results and rewarding criteria are shared with our employees.

We ensure that our emplyees participate in technical and vocational training programs accoeding to their professional development needs.

As company, We take all legal measures to prevent occupational risks, protect health and safety and eliminate risk and accident factors within the framework of the occupational Health and safety regulations and thus we make continous improvements in working conditions.
